Evrykitchens collects information you provide directly and information generated when you use our website. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect. When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and order details. Payment card information is submitted directly to our payment processors and is not stored on our servers. When you browse our site, we and our service providers may collect device information, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we collect it. We use order information to process payments, fulfill shipments, handle returns, and respond to inquiries. We use browsing information to keep the site functioning, understand which pages are used, and measure the performance of our marketing. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who we share it with. We share information with service providers that perform functions on our behalf: payment processors (to charge your selected payment method), shipping carriers (to deliver your order), email and customer support platforms (to communicate with you), and analytics providers (to understand site usage). These providers are contractually limited to using the information for the services they perform for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Evrykitchens, our customers, or others.

Cookies and tracking. We use cookies for cart functionality, session management, and analytics. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect checkout functionality. We do not currently respond to browser-based “Do Not Track” signals, but you may use the opt-out mechanisms described below.

Your California privacy rights. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion of that information, the right to request correction of inaccurate information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. Because we do not engage in those activities, there is no separate opt-out mechanism you need to use; if you believe your information has been handled in a way that concerns you, contact us and we will address it. To exercise any of the rights above, email info@evrykitchens.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity before acting on the request and will respond within the timeframe required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom visitors. If you access our site from the EEA or UK, we process personal data to perform our contract with you (order fulfillment), to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in operating and improving our store. You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Data retention. We retain order records for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to meet tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements. Browsing analytics data is retained in identifiable form for no longer than 26 months.

Security. We use SSL encryption on our checkout and restrict internal access to personal information to personnel who need it to perform their jobs. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

Children. Our store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
