Our business address is 2203 N 50 W, Albion, IN 46701, United States. This is also the address to use for returns; please contact us first so we can match your return to your order before you ship anything back.

A contact form is available at the bottom of this policy page. Messages submitted through that form go directly to our support inbox and are handled in the order they are received. The form is best for general questions and messages sent outside phone hours. For time-sensitive matters involving a shipment already in transit or a return already on its way to us, email is the more reliable channel because it keeps the full conversation in one thread.

When you submit the contact form, we use the name, email address, and message content you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to locate your order record. That information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which is linked beneath the form and also available in the site footer. We do not use contact form submissions to add you to a marketing list unless you separately ask us to.
